The Supervisory Board of the “Youth Capital” national competition has received 48 applications for participation. The geography of the received applications comprises of 21 regions, among which 11 regional centers and 22 cities of regional and district significance. A lot of cities have also included additional information, such as statistics about the youth present in the city, strategies for development and cooperation between the administration and public, presentations and other creative materials. What’s more, 15 cities have entered the competition for the third time! They are:
Bucha, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Okhtyrka, Nova Kakhovka, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ostroh, Pereyaslav, Slavutich, Uzhgorod, Korostyshiv, Kremenchuk, and Mykolaiv.
We are also happy to welcome our last year participants:
Dunaivtsi, Zbarazh, Lanivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Yuzhne, Kamianske, Poltava and Piryatin.
We are as delighted to see our first-year participants back in the competition:
Brovary, Voznesensk, Zhytomyr, Izium, Lysychansk, Novovolynsk, Pavlograd, Uman, Chernivtsi.
Though, most of all, we are honored to receive 15 applications from our first-timers:
Guliaypol, Energodar, Kryvyi Rih, Manganese, Melitopol, Merefa, Pervomaisk, Podolsk, Rohatyn, Sarnia, Slavuta, Talne, Trostyanets, Shpola, Yavoriv
The evaluation of the received application will proceed up to November, 18. Tuesday, November, 19, the Supervisory Board will announce 10 finalists who will compete in the second tour for the title of Youth capital Ukraine 2020.
